Terms of Use

Last updated: March 2026

1. Software Solution Intellectual Property

The PDF to Revit conversion software solution, including its source code, algorithms, Revit add-in, scripts, processing methods, generic components, libraries, and interfaces, is the exclusive property of its developer. Improvements, modifications, or developments made to the solution in the course of any engagement also remain its property.

No license, assignment, or transfer of ownership of the solution is granted to the user. Access to the service constitutes a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable right of use.

2. Client File Ownership

Files provided by the client firm, including but not limited to Revit templates (.rte, .rvt), parametric families, PDF plans, title blocks, naming conventions, and any other document or data transmitted in the course of using the service, remain the full and exclusive property of the client firm.

The provider claims no ownership rights over these files. They are used solely for the purpose of providing the conversion and calibration service, and are not resold, redistributed, or used for any other purpose.

3. Generated Files

The .rvt files generated from the client's plans and template are the property of the client firm. The firm is free to use, modify, and distribute them within the scope of its projects without restriction.

4. AI Data Processing

As part of the service, the client's PDF plans are analyzed by an artificial intelligence tool. Client data is not used for AI model training. All transmitted data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Conversation data is retained on the AI provider's servers for a maximum of thirty (30) days, then automatically deleted. The provider commits to deleting conversations containing client data as soon as the engagement is completed.

5. Data Confidentiality and Security

The provider is committed to treating client files and data with the strictest confidentiality. The service is currently in its development phase. The production infrastructure, including the choice of a secure hosting provider and data protection protocols, will be implemented when the service is ready for commercial deployment.

Clients will be notified of any changes to security measures and data processing conditions.

6. Use of Service

The user agrees to use the service in compliance with applicable laws and these terms. It is prohibited to attempt to disassemble, decompile, or reverse-engineer the internal workings of the solution.

The provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's access in case of violation of these terms.

7. Changes to Terms

The provider reserves the right to modify these terms of use at any time. Users will be notified of any substantial changes by email or through the service interface. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
